About RandomVault

Just another pile of internets, kept on purpose.

RandomVault began with too many bookmarks. Great finds were scattered across browsers, chat logs and half-remembered searches: a piece on the Voyager probes, a thread about restoring old keyboards, a timelapse of the night sky. The good stuff kept slipping away.

The vault is the fix. Every link that makes the cut gets a short write-up, a topic, and a place to talk about it. It is a hobby, run in spare hours, with no ads chasing your attention.

It was built to be shared from the start. The blog is the front door, every story opens a forum thread, every topic has a wiki entry, and the galleries hold the images, video, audio and documents that do not fit in a paragraph. Members comment, message each other and join groups that unlock their own collections.

For now the topics follow one person’s curiosity: space, old computers, odd history, animals with attitude. The hope is that the community pushes it somewhere nobody planned.
